PUT YOURSELF HARDER TO BECOME BETTER
Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest along with a formal recovery plan.
The amount of water you should drink daily depends on several factors, including your age, weight, activity level, and climate. However, general guidelines suggest:
- Men: About 3.7 liters (125 ounces or ~15.5 cups) per day
- Women: About 2.7 liters (91 ounces or ~11.5 cups) per day
- Exercise: More sweating means more water loss, so drink extra.
- Hot/Humid Weather: Heat increases sweat production, requiring more hydration.
- Illness/Fever: Vomiting, diarrhea, or fever increase fluid loss.
- Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Requires extra hydration.
